"Yesterday was the first time that I have been to your store. My mom and I drove from Titusville, 2 hours away, for your Customer Appreciation Day. For us, this was quite a distance to drive to go to a scrapbook store. But wow, it was worth it! Let me start by saying "thank you" for such a wonderful day. We absolutely love your store and the friendly staff. The make and takes were really neat; what clever ideas. You had everything so well organized. Everyone that works at your store was very friendly and helpful.

You also have some very nice stuff in your store. It was so nice to see all of the ideas throughout the store. Sometimes you can see a product and not really know what to do with it, but your store has so many ideas! I must say, you are a very talented bunch! And thanks for putting prices on everything. It makes it so much easier to shop. We've been in scrapbook stores before where prices aren't marked on everything and it makes it difficult.

On a final note, the snacks and cider that you had were wonderful. What a beautiful display and delicious goodies!

I have tried them all, but the PIT has been there for me time & time again - always friendly, always well stocked, always displaying tons of new ideas for their customers. There are newer stores and there are larger stores, but there are no stores with the experience & knowledge that have lasted over the years like Janet and her team.
